join us at yahra this summer for a thoughtfully curated day retreat, designed to awaken energy, encourage flow and regulate the nervous system through a combination of mindful and holistic practices.
inspired by the natural energy of the season, we invite you to reconnect with both body and mind through movement, breath, touch and deep rest.
the day weaves together gentle qigong, breath work, holistic skincare rituals, yin yoga and yoga nidra, to encourage the natural flow of energy throughout the body, improve circulation, and create a sense of grounding and vitality.
balancing moments of movement and stillness, the retreat is designed for those feeling mentally overstimulated, physically tense, or simply in need of space to pause. the retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded state of being.

qigong + breath work ~ a meditative movement practice with jo, using gentle flow, breath, and awareness to release tension, and support energy flow throughout the body
facial gua sha workshop ~ experience a guided facial gua sha workshop with our in house skin experts, exploring techniques to support lymphatic flow, release facial tension, and enhance natural radiance from within
a delicious + nourishing plant based lunch
yin to nidra
 ~ combined to slow the body and quiet the mind, find softness as emily guides you through a nurturing yin yoga practice, gently moving into a deeply restful yoga nidra

what can i expect from the retreat day?
expect a calm, welcoming environment designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. throughout the day, you'll experience a thoughtful blend of mindful movement, breath work, restorative practices, holistic skincare, and nourishing refreshments, all carefully curated to support relaxation

i am a beginner, can i join?
absolutely. the retreat is open to all levels, including those completely new to yoga, qigong, breath work, or wellness practices. each session is designed to feel accessible, supportive, and gently guided, allowing you to move at your own pace and simply enjoy the experience

do i need to bring anything?
we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing with layers to ensure you feel relaxed throughout the day. you are welcome to bring a bottle of water for during classes if desired. all equipment will be provided, including yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets, so you can arrive and fully settle into the experience.
