wintering ~ a yoga + breathwork journey

as the season turns and nature begins to soften into stillness, we're reminded of the quiet beauty in letting go. winter invites us to slow down in ways we often resist. it's a season of soft retreat, of tending gently to ourselves, of listening inward. inspired by the idea of wintering ~ intentionally resting, reflecting and processing, this 3-hour workshop hosted by emily + jen, is designed to align with the rhythm of the season. 
we'll begin with a slow, grounding yoga practice with emily, that blends mindful movement and gentle flow with longer, restorative holds. this practice will invite you to root deeply into the earth beneath you while softening through areas of tension, cultivating both steadiness and surrender. as we settle towards stillness, jen leads us into a nourishing breath work session designed to gently guide you back into balance. through mindful breathing and soft guidance, she'll create space for calm and restoration, closing with the soothing vibrations of sound to leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and connected to your body and your breath.

please wear comfortable clothing, and bring warm layers for relaxation and breath work. you may wish to bring a bottle of water with you for during the practice. herbal tea will be provided at the end of the workshop.
