this workshop is designed to help you release tension, improve posture and move with greater ease through your neck, shoulders, and upper body.

modern life, long hours of sitting, and stress often create stiffness, weakness, and poor alignment in the upper body. over time, this can lead to discomfort in the neck, shoulders, and even the wrists during yoga or everyday activities.
in this workshop, you will learn how to gently release tight muscles, improve shoulder mobility, and build strength to better support your neck and shoulders. we will explore simple, effective movements, posture awareness, and supportive yoga practices to help reduce discomfort and prevent future tension.
you will also gain a clearer understanding of safe alignment in yoga poses, allowing you to practise with greater confidence and comfort.
by the end of the session, you can expect to feel more open through your chest and shoulders, more relaxed in your neck, and more aware of your posture.
