increasing the range of motion in our hips offers two main benefits: improved health of hip joints, and reduced strain on the lower back. however, hip opening postures have benefits that go beyond these. it also improve circulation in the legs, and improve the way we run and walk. hip opening postures can also release stress and negative emotional memories, which may be stored in the hips on an energetic level. you’ll leave the workshop feeling freer, lighter and happier.

in the first hour we are going to look into the basic anatomy and understand how to deepen your hip opening practice. the second hour we are going to apply everything we learn from the first hour and do a full hip opening practice!

this workshop is for you if you:

- would like  to improve the range of motion in your hips
- would like to know more about the alignments and anatomy details of our lower body.
- have chronic pain in the hips, knees or ankles   
- would like to deepen your hip openings poses in yoga practice.
