5 week beginners yoga course | november
are you brand new to yoga and would like to learn the foundations before joining classes?
perhaps you have done yoga in the past, but have had a break, or would like a more in-depth understanding of the poses and sequences?
week by week you will practice and get to know poses (asanas), the breath (pranayama), and have your personal alignment adjusted verbally where needed. this will increase your confidence and speed in any yoga class you may then wish to try.
herbal tea will be provided at the end of each class, allowing an opportunity to ask any questions you may have, as well as chat with fellow yogis.

FAQs
what if i'm not flexible?
great news! you do not need to be flexible to begin yoga. yoga is for every body and touching your toes is not a requirement! you will be encouraged by your teacher to listen to your body and progress at your own pace.
what shall i bring with me?
we will provide everything you will need for class, including yoga mats. you may wish to bring a bottle of water along with you, and a warm layer for relaxation at the end of class.
what shall i wear?
please wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement. classes are bare feet.
