T+Cs

• bookings are accepted for the full retreat only. we cannot accept bookings for part days. there will be no refunds for any unused part of the retreat.

• insurance is not included in the retreat price and we would recommend this is purchased independently

• travel costs are not included in the retreat price

• by booking shared accommodation, you are accepting to be paired up with another guest

• Yahra takes no responsibility for whatever reason if you may be unhappy with your’ room share’

• all travel arrangements are your responsibility and at you own cost. we shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations

• all deposits are non-refundable.

• cancellation must be made in writing to hello@yahra.co.uk and cc’d to accounts@yahra.co.uk

• if you cancel prior to the 40 day period before your retreat you will be refunded in full, minus the £200 deposit.

• if the cancellation is made within 40 days of the start of the retreat, we will retain 100% of the cost of the retreat unless we find another person who can take your place. we may then offer a partial or full refund.

• refunds and returned payments are normally settled within 5 working days of the date of cancellation.

• refuse or cancel your booking or ask you to leave the retreat if we deem your actions or behaviour unacceptable or offensive to others. this includes, but is not limited to; being intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, abusive, threatening, racist or inciting acts of violence either verbally, written or in person.

• change teachers and activities where unavoidable instances occur
