new moon in leo workshop

the new moon workshop will introduce how working with the energy of the moon and zodiac archetypes can bring us closer in touch with our natural cycles and rhythms.  

in this leo workshop we will work with our inner child, rediscovering our joy and creativity. we will explore romance and passion in our lives and what it means to be in the spotlight. leo fiery energy lights up a fire in our souls and shows us where in our lives we can shine brightest.

monika guides us through an understanding of the power of the moon and its astrological background. shasha takes us through movements and meditation in order to  embody these energies. the information combined with the body work will help us integrate this understanding on both a mental (masculine) and a physical (feminine) level.

monika is a transformational astrologer and a mindfulness coach based in the west midlands, uk. originally from poland, she relocated nearly two decades ago to put down roots and make the UK her home, which she now shares with her hubby and two rescue cats. She has always been fascinated by the language of symbols, fairy tales, archetypes, mythology and the magic they create when woven together – crafting a tapestry of life. when she discovered astrology and experienced the intense power of metamorphosis, she understood she had a beautiful framework to help others on their path of discovery and healing. there is power in storytelling, in our personal mythology and something profoundly transformational in recognising our own story, familiarising ourselves with it, and then glimpsing meaning behind all our trials and tribulations. maybe even becoming empowered to write our own adventure. she feels privileged to be of service and assist others in their journey.

shasha is a yoga teacher, reiki master and medium. she runs transformational workshops incorporating practices from all these disciplines to facilitate healing and integration for the attendees. she's deeply in love with the sun and the river severn, whose goddess sabrina is her closest divine feminine guide. in her spare time, she can be found barefoot at the river, taking chinese tea ceremony and channeling songs and words from spirit.
