trust is a mindfulness attitude which can help sustain our practice. we often seek external validation and guidance to take us through life, however through the different mindfulness practices we can cultivate a deep sense of trust in ourselves, our body, thoughts, feelings and also in the practice itself to give us exactly what we need. we can become more trusting of our own judgements and wisdom to make the right choices for ourselves. we can learn to trust our own body, thoughts and feelings to fully understand our own needs and how to nurture and heal. this way we can attain inner peace, build our confidence, resilience and self-worth. by trusting in the process we can cultivate patience, acceptance and deep compassion.
