non-judgement

this is one of the most useful and important attitudes to incorporate when practicing mindfulness and meditation.  with mindfulness, instead of being judgemental, we are training our hearts and minds to be more discerning - making decisions in a more considered and thoughtful way.   without judgement we can become more resilient and not easily overwhelmed by whatever life brings us.  this attitude is polished through the practice of reflection during meditation and by being mindful in our day to day life.

these meditations will be live on zoom each week, (you do not need to turn your microphone or camera on if you are not comfortable with this). get cosy, settle onto the sofa or into bed with your favourite cuppa, plug in your headphones and close your eyes as you're guided every tuesday evening at 8pm.
