guided mindfulness + meditation with juita: softening anxiety
we live in a constant state of stress and anxiety is a regular presence in our day-to-day lives affecting our sleep, work, relationships and overall wellbeing.
during April we will be exploring many mindfulness and meditation practices that can help soften our anxiety, from breathing techniques, affirmations to visualisation meditations.
these meditations will be live on zoom each week, (you do not need to turn your microphone or camera on if you are not comfortable with this). get cosy, settle onto the sofa or into bed with your favourite cuppa, plug in your headphones and close your eyes as you're guided every tuesday evening at 8pm.
