are you looking to delve deeper into your yoga practice?

whether you are a complete beginner or have been practicing for years, you are probably familiar with hearing that yoga is more than just the physical postures.

whilst there are many benefits of the physical practice such as building strength and increasing flexibility, it's true form is rooted deeper, and steeped in ancient wisdom.

this workshop will consist of an introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga, what the yama & niyama are and how we can integrate them into our yoga practice and life.

claire spent 2 years in the ashtanga yoga institute in mysore, india studying with saraswati and sharath jois, and then went on to teach this as a 30 day course in the yoga retreat, koh phangan, thailand.
